The Dave Matthews Band returned to Shoreline Amphitheatre this year for the Northern California stop of their summer tour after playing the Greek Theatre last year. They continued their “Two Sets” show concept with no opening band. Special guest, Charles Lloyd on tenor saxophone, joined the band for a few numbers including “Lover Lay Down” and Jimi Thing making for an outstanding evening.
