We had the good fortune to be introduced to Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds at the 2014 Petaluma Music Festival last year. This year we were treated to seeing them in the intimate setting of the Cloverdale Friday Night Live series. They play original songs that mix Funk, Soul, and Blues, with a rock’n rhythm section, horns, harmonica, a screamin’ lead guitar, and an outrageously great lead singer.
