Oakland, CA. – March 21, 2014
Caught Jackie Greene at the Fox Theater in Oakland last Saturday. Spent the whole show in the upper tier of the orchestra section, a bit unusual for me, but really fun! Missed the opening acts due a ridiculous time finding parking, but got a taste of The Mother Hips at the end of the show when they joined in for the encore. Adam MacDougall from The Black Crowes sat in on keys with the Jackie Greene Band for the entire set – nice addition!
